How much does a newborn session cost?
Our newborn sessions are £395 and include everything — the studio session and all fully edited images, supplied in full resolution via digital download.
We don’t offer low-cost sessions with image add-ons afterwards. Our pricing is clear, honest, and there’s no upselling or hidden extras.

When is the best time to book a newborn shoot?
The ideal time is when your baby is between 7–10 days old. At this stage babies tend to settle more easily, allowing for a relaxed session and beautiful images. Sessions are available on weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

What happens on the day?
My wife Moira is always present during newborn shoots. She is highly experienced at safely settling and posing babies, so you can relax with a tea or coffee while watching the images appear on the studio screen.
We also have a private feeding and changing room with a baby-changing station to keep everything calm and comfortable.

How long does the session last?
We recommend allowing up to four hours. We work entirely at your baby’s pace, stopping whenever needed for feeds or settling, ensuring a relaxed experience with plenty of variety. We have lots of props and blankets, but you’re welcome to bring personal items too.

Can siblings be included?
Absolutely. For younger siblings, it often works best if they join us at the start or end of the session, or they can return another day for sibling photos at no extra charge — whatever suits your family best.
